Kayla Breanne Frommelt Accident; In Loving Memory of Kayla Breanne Frommelt Died after Accident in Polk County
It is with great sadness that we share the untimely passing of Kayla Breanne Frommelt, a beloved daughter, friend, and cherished member of the Des Moines community. Kayla, 26, tragically lost her life in a single-vehicle crash on Sunday, February 8, 2025, along Highway 141, near the 12100 block.
Kayla was the sole occupant of the vehicle, which, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, lost control while traveling southbound, veering into the west ditch and striking a tree. Despite the swift response from emergency personnel, Kayla succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
Kayla was known for her vibrant spirit, her unwavering kindness, and the way she brightened the lives of those around her. She touched many hearts through her generosity, infectious smile, and joyful presence. A devoted friend and a dedicated family member, Kayla will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her parents, extended family, and countless friends who will forever hold her memory close. Her passing has left a void in the lives of many, but her legacy of love, compassion, and strength will continue to inspire.
